Nebireb is used for treatment of:
- essential arterial hypertension;
- persistent chronic heart failure of mild to moderate severity as an addition to standard treatment in elderly patients ≥70 years old.

Cardiovascular diseases (stable angina pectoris, chronic heart failure (NYHA I-III functional class), cardiomyopathy, functional disorders of cardiovascular system).

Primary and secondary carnitine deficiency in adults and children including newborns and infants. Secondary carnitine deficiency in hemodialysis patients.

Treatment and prevention of myocardial ischemia, tachycardia and pain in acute period of myocardial infarction.

-    essential arterial hypertension;
-    nephropathy in patients with arterial hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus (as a part of combination antihypertensive therapy).

Trimetazidine is prescribed for symptomatic treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris as an additional therapy to insufficient therapeutic effect of basic therapy or intolerance to other first-line antianginal drugs.
